Hotel Terms and Conditions You can secure your booking by Telephone quoting your name address and credit/debit card details Bookings can also be made by deposit. Deposits can be paid by cheque, postal order, cash. Deposits must arrive and clear in the gr8 escape hotel bank account at least ten (10) working days prior to your arrival date. To secure your reservation you will be charged a non refundable deposit, the amount will be stated at the time of you booking ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* CHECK IN Rooms are made available from 2.00pm on your arrival date. An earlier check in time may be possible if prior agreement has been obtained. Upon arrival you should note any damaged or missing items in your room and inform hotel staff immediately. The person making the booking is responsible for all costs concerning lost or damage to our property. LATE CHECK IN Please inform us if you intend to check in after 6pm, if you don't your card will be charged and we may re open your room(s) All rooms must be paid for upon arrival and prior to keys being released. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** CHECK OUT Check out on the day of departure is strictly 10.00 am. All Luggage and personal effects must be removed from the premises upon departure. Luggage may be left in the reception providing prior agreement has been obtained however this is subject to circumstance and is not a service. gr8 escape hotel cannot be held responsible at any time for any lost, stolen or damaged items whatever the circumstances. LATE CHECK OUT Subject to availability and with our agreement guests may check out at a later time, a fee will apply ! please enquire further for prices, guests checking out late without our agreement will be charged as if an agreement was made ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** INSURANCE All personal chattels are the responsibility of the visiting guest and your own adequate protection and travel insurance must be secured prior to arrival. Valuables may be handed over to HOTEL Management for safe keeping - please discuss your needs with Management prior to or upon arrival. No responsibility can be accepted after check in has been completed and keys issued ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** TRANSACTIONS A fee of £2 will apply for all card transactions ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** GROUP BOOKING : BOND Same sex and mixed group bookings ! expect to pay £10 bond per person on arrival, this is refundable on check out if your room(s) are left in a clean and damage free condition. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* CANCELLATIONS Gr8 escape hotel cancellation policy is 10 days notice prior to 12.00 midday on the day of arrival CANCEL your booking outside our 10 day policy, you will loose your non refundable deposit CANCEL your booking inside our 10 day policy, you will be charged the full amount of your original booking (less any deposits paid) NO SHOWS will result in you been charged 100% of your total booking (less any deposits paid) Should you secure a party booking by Credit/Debit Card and any member of the booking party fail to arrive - gr8 escape hotel reserves the right to automatically charge the quoted card for the full expected amount had all of the party arrived and fulfilled the booking. ************************************************************************************************************************************************ SMOKING : we are a no smoking hotel, guests must smoke outside at all times, any guest caught smoking in our hotel will be asked to vacate the premises' no refund will be given. you will also be charged an additional cost at room rate to cover costs to have the room deep cleaned
gr8 escape hotel reserves the right to claim full payment for any booking should guests fail to arrive. If you cancel a booking or part of a booking after a payment or deposit has been taken and or payment has been submitted into the gr8 escape hotel bank account then you will lose all paid funds. Guests leaving the hotel earlier than their original paid booking will be responsible for the full amount of the original booking. NO refunds will be given.
Any deposits paid or taken by third parties should be dealt with by the third party concerned and gr8 escape hotel will not be responsible for any relating correspondence or funds taken or produced by third parties.
By quoting your personal card details you are securing your booking and entering into an agreement that gives gr8 escape hotel permission to charge all service and room costs to your card including any lost items or damage that may occur Lawful Standards and Behaviour Management reserve the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises without prior notice if they feel that the health, safety or personal comfort or space of others is being compromised. gr8 escape hotel will not tolerate any remarks that are sexist, racist, inhumane, homophobic, disrespectful to people with disabilities, or considered degrading in any manner to another guest, and or is considered Hate Speech will result in immediate termination of your accommodation without refund and gr8 escape hotel will actively pursue full prosecution. Any infraction or damage said or done to staff, guest, building or contents will result in gr8 escape hotel pursuing full active prosecution. |
